I purchased this bracelet for my husband's 30th birthday. I wanted something personal and nice. I got exactly that in the bracelet. I had each of my kids write one word and sign their name to be engraved on the bracelet. Everything from the correspondence working out the design to the rush processing were above anything I could've asked for. Only downfall was that I paid for express delivery & the package arrived after the guaranteed delivery date/time, but at no fault of the seller.
