Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping (USA)
Each item is made uniquely for you.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for production time as well as standard shipping time based on the shipping method paid for. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

International Shipping

The recipient is the importer of goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Ultimate Direction has no control over these charges, nor can Ultimate Direction predict what they may be.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

 * Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.

* Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.

We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.

Returns Policy

* All non-personalized orders can be returned within 14days.

Product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.

* Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.

* We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.

Custom Made or Personalized Items

 Custom made or personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.  All refunds or repairs must be made within 14 days of receipt.

Order Cancelation 

* Any correction to or cancellation of your order must be requested within 24 hours of purchase in order to not incur any additional charge or cancellation fee.
* After 24 hours, any corrections will require an additional 40% fee before the work is completed and any cancellation will result in a 40% fee withheld from your final refund.

 Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by: 

  • Replace or fix product at no cost to you

  • And we’ll also cover the cost of any return shipping
