I ordered this as a gift for my daughter in her mantra "keep going". At 15 years old my daughter battles with episodes of depression and anxiety. My husband and I suspect her symptoms began with his diagnosis of cancer 2 years ago and becoming stage 4 soon thereafter. These words of "keep going" inspire my daughter to keep moving forward and I wanted them in my handwriting to remind her we are in the journey together. Even on her darkest days she knows I'm with her. She loves her necklace and never takes it off.

I can't say enough about the service I received . I wanted Ciao Bella in my mother's handwriting for my daughter, nieces and sisters for Christmas presents . ( it was something my mom would say to all her granddaughters and daughters) ... my problem was that I didn't actually have the phrase written in my mother's handwriting..... I sent copies of cards and recipes and they were able to cut and paste letters to create the phrase for us... we sent samples back forth several times until it was just right... I ordered 8 items ... a mix of bracelets and necklaces....... Everything came in time for the holidays and when I opened the packages I was amazed ..... the detail in the handwriting is incredible... it looks exactly like my moms

I purchased a 14k gold box necklace with my name & was very impressed on the quick responses to my questions, delivery & the replication of the signature I wanted. Make sure to order the appropriate length for your neck & specify which type of chain you'd like, i.e. cable, box, or rolo chain (heavier & at additional cost). I received the necklace in 10 days in a cute box, as well as compliments from friends. The chain is a bit dainty but I have no complaints. ~.*

Received product quickly and was packaged well. The necklace was of good quality but the clasp on the necklace feels a little fragile and I'm worried about it breaking/messing up. Just gave the necklace to my daughter yesterday so no problems so far. Really pretty product thought and looks exactly like I thought.

I think the necklace turned out great but wished it had been a little smaller or the indication of size would be stated. Hope my mom still likes it.
