This necklace is beautiful. Dainty and elegant yet big enough to see wonderfully. When I received it, the length was much longer than I expected and because of the the initials were not where I wanted them. I contacted Ketisorely and they were more than willing to let me send it back for an adjustment without any issues. Great customer service. If I ever want any other personalized jewelry for myself or family I will definitely be ordering from Keti Sorely Design. Everything about the necklace is wonderful.
