I recently requested a custom made pendant. Through e-mails back and forth, the designer and I came up with exactly what I wanted. I received the finished product yesterday and boy was I glad that I had ordered 2. (One was for a gift and the other for me). It was perfect!!! Keti Sorely Designs "nailed" it. Wow, wow wow!!!
